NOVELTY - A degradable polyvinyl alcohol cling film comprises 31-43 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 6-14 pts. wt. bentonite, 5-11 pts. wt. citric acid, 3-4 pts. wt. glycerin, 3-7 pts. wt. gluconate, 4-9 pts. wt. carbon black, 6-10 pts. wt. polyetheramine, 3-5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, 3-6 pts. wt. potassium hydroxide, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 4-6 pts. wt. pentyl glycol, 3-5 pts. wt. acetic acid, 3-6 pts. wt. kaolin, 2-5 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 2-4 pts. wt. paraffin, 2-3 pts. wt. KH-550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), ethanol, sulfuric acid and distilled water. USE - Degradable polyvinyl alcohol cling film. ADVANTAGE - The degradable polyvinyl alcohol cling film has excellent water-resistance, increased tensile strength and enhanced mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of degradable polyvinyl alcohol cling film, which involves (A) adding bentonite and glycerin to distilled water at mass ratio of 1:(10-20), stirring evenly for 1-2 hours, adjusting pH to 7-8, adding citric acid and ethanol at mass ratio of 1:(5-10), and heating at 70-80 degrees C in water bath, dripping gluconic acid, stirring for 3-4 hours, carrying out suction filtration, washing with alcohol 3-5 times, vacuum drying at 30-50 degrees C, pulverizing and sieving through 100-200 mesh sieve, (B) adding sulfuric acid to carbon black at mass ratio of 1:(3-5), magnetically stirring for 1-2 hours, ultrasonically reacting at 70-80 degrees C 2-3 hours to obtain solution (A), dispersing polyetheramine and nano-silica at mass ratio of 1:(10-20) in distilled water, dripping solution (A), magnetically stirring for 4-8 hours, drying at 60-70 degrees C and leaving mixture still, (C) dissolving sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and potassium hydroxide at mass ratio of 1:(15-25) in distilled water, adding carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide, and ultrasonically oscillating at 85-95 degrees C for 4-5 hours, filtering, washing 3-5 times and vacuum drying at 50-60 degrees C, (D) calcining kaolin at 800-900 degrees C for 3-5 hours, calcining diatomaceous earth at 600-700 degrees C for 4-6 hours, heating with stirring at high speed at 90-100 degrees C, adding paraffin, KH-550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), stirring for 10-20 minutes and discharging, (D) adding distilled water to polyvinyl alcohol at mass ratio of 1:(20-30), heating with stirring at 80-90 degrees C, adding materials obtained in (A), (B), (C), (D) and pentanediol and acetic acid, ultrasonically mixing for 1-2 hours, stirring at constant temperature for 1-2 hours, removing bubbles, cooling to room temperature, pouring over Plexiglass (RTM: Poly(methyl methacrylate)) plate, coating with spatula to form film, leaving coating still at room temperature for 6-10 hours and vacuum drying at 45-55 degrees C for 5-10 hours.
