▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The paddle has a graphene layer formed between multiple foam aluminum layers that are integrated together by rolling a forming structure, where ratio of thickness of the foam aluminum layer and the graphene layer is about 1: (0.01-0.05). The graphene layer is formed by spraying graphene slurry, where graphite in the graphene slurry rare content is about 0.2-2 mg/mL grain diameter of the graphene slurry is about 300-1000. A stirring paddle main body is provided with two layers. Four stirring blades are arranged between the layers along inclined direction of phase interval of the stirring paddle main body. USE - Graphite foam aluminum and high viscosity liquid composite stirring paddle. ADVANTAGE - The paddle can reduce energy consumption rate, effectively perform mixing process by the stirring blade so as to improve mixing and stirring efficiency and reduce mixing time and material consumption rate, and realizes light weight of the stirring blade and increases intensity.
