NOVELTY - Preparing N-doped graphene/graphene nano-ribbon composite aerogel comprises (1) preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid and graphene oxide nano-ribbon dispersion liquid with a concentration less than or equal to 10 mg/ml, (2) diluting two dispersions obtained to 10 mg/ml, mixing with reducing agent, and pouring into a molding mold in a closed environment for heating and reduction to obtain a sol, (3) freezing obtained sol, (4) taking out sample together with the forming mold and heating to thaw on heating table, when the ice crystals disappear completely to obtain composite hydrogel, (5) washing prepared composite hydrogel for many times, washing residual impurities, placing on a glass plate, placing on a heating platform under air conditions, and evaporating water to obtain composite aerogel, and (6) mixing composite aerogel dried with urea and melamine in a nitrogen atmosphere for high temperature reaction. USE - The preparing N-doped graphene/graphene nano-ribbon composite aerogel is useful in various fields e.g. electromagnetic stealth, electrochemistry, catalysis, adsorption, and water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel: has ultra-low density, high porosity and good thermal and electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for N-doped graphene/graphene nano-ribbon composite aerogel.
