NOVELTY - Glass wool-based high strength waterproof sound absorbing material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. glass wool, 10-20 pts. wt. mesoporous molecular sieve, 6-15 pts. wt. alumina fiber, 5-12 pts. wt. silicon dioxide aerogel, 3-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 8-16 pts. wt. polyurethane, 3-6 pts. wt. foaming agent, 2-5 pts. wt. coconut oleic acid diethanolamide, 7-14 pts. wt. octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 8-15 pts. wt. sodium methyl silanol salt, 4-10 pts. wt. antioxidant and 15-40 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as glass wool-based high strength waterproof sound absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The glass wool-based high strength waterproof sound absorbing material has good mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing sound absorbing material, comprising (i) dispersing graphene and molybdenum disulfide in one-third total aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, adding silane coupling agent, adjusting pH of the reaction system to 7.5-8, heating to 40-60 degrees C while stirring, stirring reaction further for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture A; (ii) adding glass wool, mesoporous molecular sieve, alumina fiber, silica aerogel to mixture A, adding octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, methyl silanol sodium salt, antioxidant and remaining aqueous solution and stirring mixture at 50-70 degrees C to form slurry to obtain mixture B; (iii) lowering temperature of mixture B to room temperature, adding polyurethane, foaming agent and cocoic acid diethanolamide sequentially and stirring for 5-10 minutes for foaming, pouring foamed slurry into test mold, molding and releasing mold.
