NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene modified flame retardant includes weighing 3-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2-naphthoic acid, triethylaluminum, triisobutyl aluminum, aluminum ethoxide, maleic anhydride, methyl ethyl ketone and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, weighing, reacting, distilling, cooling, filtering, washing, drying, recrystallizing, dissolving, performing ultrasonic, refluxing, diluting, grinding and mixing. USE - Method of preparing graphene modified flame retardant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environment-friendly and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene modified flame retardant comprises weighing 3.2 g 3-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2-naphthoic acid, 6.2 g triethylaluminum, 1.6 g triisobutyl aluminum, 0.5 g aluminum ethoxide, 5.3 g maleic anhydride, 30 ml methyl ethyl ketone and 2 ml p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, mixing, reacting at 90 degrees C for 3 hours, distilling, cooling, filtering, washing filter cake with hot potassium bicarbonate solution to neutralize, drying, recrystallizing using tetrahydrofuran, methanol and acetone to obtain powder crystal, dissolving 20 g chitosan with 120 g water, filtering to obtain swelling liquid, dissolving 12 g glyceryl monostearate, 6 g mint and 45 g paraben in ethanol, adding 12 g glycerol, mixing to obtain organic phase, adding organic phase to swelling liquid, mixing, dissolving 52 g triethanolamine in 12 g water, adding 20 g 5% silver nitrate solution and 6.2 g ferrous fumarate, mixing to obtain brown cream, mixing 0.1 g graphene, 350 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, 4 g boric acid diphenylamine and 0.3 g 3, 4,5-trifluorobenzeneboronic acid, reacting at 70 degrees C, performing ultrasonic on 500 W at 80 KHz, refluxing for 3 hours, diluting with 400 mL deionized water, filtering, washing deionized water to neutralize, drying at 80 degrees C for 12 hours, grinding, mixing with 0.8 g catalyst, 90 g polytetrahydrofuran ether diol and 70 g isophorone diisocyanate, reacting at 80 degrees C for 1 hour, adding 0.05 g modified graphene, reacting for 2 hours at 70?C to obtain polyurethane prepolymer A, adding 1.6 g m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and 20 g acetone to polyurethane prepolymer A, reacting at 75 degrees C for 2 hours, adding 1.8 g 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoic acid at 80 degrees C, for 1 hour, adding 15 g triethylamine to neutralize for 30 minutes, adding 150 g water to emulsify and mixing to obtain graphene modified flame retardant.
