NOVELTY - The clamp has a thin sheet whose lower surface is formed with an inner bottom end surface of a groove. An end of a positive electrode leading-out wire is connected with a lower surface of a lower end cover (2) through a positive electrode hole (2-3) and fixedly connected with a graphene suspension film. Another end of the positive electrode leading-out wire is separated from a lower surface of the lower end cover. A flexible material is fixedly connected with a silicon sheet and an upper component. A lower surface of a cylinder is formed with vent holes (2-5). USE - Clamp for inserting a graphene suspension film into a capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The clamp solves a problem of small capacitance of the capacitor to reduce influence of the capacitance value size of the manufactured capacitor, maintains thickness of the leading-out wire to increase the distance between polar plates of the capacitor and reduces parallel problem of the polar plate.
