NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-carbon nanotube composite structure comprises growing carbon nanotubes (2) on metal or semiconductor substrate (1) with catalytic element based on plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, and growing graphene (3) on carbon nanotube wall directly. USE - Method for preparing graphene-carbon nanotube composite structure (claimed) used in devices for electron emission, energy conversion and energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and realizes step-by-step simultaneous growth of graphene and carbon nanotube.
