▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing dry electrode materials involves growing graphene as conductive agent on the outer layer of active particles by chemical vapor deposition or electrostatic spraying or using electrostatic spraying graphene oxide on the surface of active particles, and then reacting with hydrogen to reduce to graphene. The polymer binder powder is wrapped on the active particles and outer layer of graphene, electrostatic spraying is performed to form uniformly mixed dry material. USE - Method for preparing dry electrode materials for lithium ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare dry electrode materials that has excellent fluidity of micro-nano-grade raw materials and realizes the conductive path between the active particles.
