NOVELTY - The method involves preparing graphite oxide according to a Hummers method to oxidize graphite. The prepared graphite oxide is dipped into water. Nano silicon particles are mixed with graphene oxide solution. Solvent is removed to obtain powder after drying the mixed graphene oxide solution. Silicon powder is placed in a ball mill. Rotating speed of the ball mill is 450 r/min. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene composite material for loading nanometer silicon particles. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving better performance of the nano silica particles with high graphene conductivity and composite material conductivity.
