NOVELTY - Car door sealing ring comprises e.g. polybutadiene, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber, graphene, modified calcium oxide, cyclopentanecarboxylic acid, n-cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulfhenamide, zinc oxide, 4-chromanone, where modified calcium oxide is prepared by mixing calcium oxide, zeolite powder and potassium hexatitanate whisker, calcining, washing with hydrogen peroxide solution, soaking, again washing with deionized water, drying, then adding zinc chromate, glyceryl monostearate, magnesium oxide, and cetyldimethylethylammonium bromide, drying, and grinding. USE - Used as car door sealing ring. ADVANTAGE - The sealing ring has excellent anti-aging performance, high and low temperature resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance properties, excellent tensile strength and hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Car door sealing ring comprises 45-60 pts. wt. polybutadiene, 26-30 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 16-22 pts. wt. nitrile butadiene rubber, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. modified calcium oxide, 0.13-0.18 pts. wt. cyclopentanecarboxylic acid, 4 pts. wt. n-cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulfhenamide, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. sodium diethyldithiocarbamate , 3-6 pts. wt. cadmium formate, 4-7 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, 7 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 1-3 pts. wt. n-pentane, 3-6 pts. wt. 4-chromanone, 10-15 pts. wt. albite powder, 3-8 pts. wt. carbon black, 3 pts. wt. magnesium stannate trihydrate, and 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. ,1,2,2,6,6-pentamethylpiperidine, where modified calcium oxide is prepared by mixing 8-15 pts. wt. calcium oxide, 4-10 pts. wt. zeolite powder and 1-3 pts. wt. potassium hexatitanate whisker, calcining at 620-680 degrees C for 2-3 hours, washing with 10-15 wt.% hydrogen peroxide solution, soaking for 20-30 hours, again washing with deionized water, drying, then adding 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. zinc chromate, 0.12-0.18 pts. wt. glyceryl monostearate, 0.22-0.24 pts. wt. 1,4-di-(2-tert-butylperoxyisopropyl)benzene, 0.15-0.18 pts. wt. 1-hexadecanesulfonic acid sodium salt, 0.03-0.09 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, and 0.08-0.14 pts. wt. cetyldimethylethylammonium bromide for 1-2 hours, drying, and grinding.
