DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nylon heat-conducting material involves weighing nylon resin, oxide filler, protective filler, thermal filler, nano-graphene, aluminum fiber, flame retardants, plasticizers, tackifiers, coupling agents, antioxidants. The protective fillers are zeolite powder, oil-soluble phenolic resin, dimethyl silicone oil and vinyl silicone oil. The nylon resin and oxide filler are ground, sifted for 2-4 times to obtain 100-200 mesh powder. The powder are mixed and stirred with a high-speed ingredients stirrer for 20-35 minutes. The plasticizer, thermal filler, nano-graphene, aluminum fiber, flame retardant, plasticizer, tackifiers, coupling agents, antioxidants are mixed. The heating device heats the temperature between 95-160 degrees C and stirring. The zeolite powder, oil-soluble phenolic resin, dimethyl silicone oil, vinyl silicone oil are mixed in mass ratio of 3: 1: 1: 1. The zeolite powder is filtered through a vibrating screen, and the zeolite powder is placed on a horizontal vibration platform for reciprocating vibration for 35-45min.
