▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Lithium ion battery pole piece coating comprises coating 1 and coating 2 on surface, where the coating 1 contains poly-dopamine and graphene material, the coating 2 includes graphene material, the coating 1 is prepared by (i) dissolving dopamine monomer in solvent, then adding into 50-100 mmol/l concentration of dopamine alkaline solution having pH value of 7.5-11, (ii) uniformly dispersing graphene in solvent, and (iii) adding solution, mixing, arranging in battery current collector or electrode sheet for 48-72 hours, placing the mixed solution, cleaning, and drying. USE - Used as lithium ion battery pole piece coating. ADVANTAGE - The has cooling function, large-current discharge conditions, excellent thermal conductivity, utilizes graphene poly-dopamine which cannot quickly dissipate large amount of heat generated in the battery, further improves bonding strength between the current collector and active material, and reduces internal temperature of the battery role. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Lithium ion battery pole piece coating comprises coating 1 and coating 2 on surface, where the coating 1 contains poly-dopamine and graphene material, the coating 2 includes graphene material, the coating 1 is prepared by (i) dissolving dopamine monomer in solvent, then adding into 50-100 mmol/l concentration of dopamine alkaline solution having pH value of 7.5-11, (ii) uniformly dispersing graphene in solvent, where the solvent is N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), dimethylformamide, ratio of graphene content in solvent is 0.1-10%, and (iii) adding solution, mixing, arranging in battery current collector or electrode sheet for 48-72 hours, placing the mixed solution, cleaning, and drying at 80-120 degrees C to obtain poly-dopamine and graphene composite coating, where the step (i) and step (ii) solution is also prepared by (a) uniformly dispersing graphene containing carbon in solvent, where the solvent contains component 1 and component 2, component 1 is composed of NMP, dimethylformamide, ethanol, water, isopropyl alcohol, and the components 2 includes CMC, PVDF, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and (b) uniformly spraying substance on current collector, heating single side and single surface or double surface to remove component 1 and then coating: firstly coating 1, then coating the coating 2, where the coating 1 and coating 2 can act on the pole piece or two sides, in particular, coating 1 acts on the pole piece and pole ear, coating 2 acts on the coating 1, the coating 1 area is less than or equal to area of coating 2.
