NOVELTY - The method involves coating graphene oxide solution on an organic film. Polymer electrolyte is coated on a negative electrode and a pole ear of a graphene battery and positioned X and Y axis-planes addressing. Positive electrode material is coated on a solid polymer electrolyte. The battery is irradiated with high-energy rays through X and Y-axis planes addressing and positioning according to shape of the battery for cleaning excess positive electrode material and drying to obtain a battery positive electrode. Winding and cutting operations of the organic film are performed according to the shape of the graphene battery for riveting and packaging the electrode. USE - Electrode-less ear graphene battery assembling method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simultaneously manufacturing multiple graphene batteries under environment-friendly condition and without adding toxic reducing agent, assembling lug and back electrode to simplify battery structure for reducing processing procedure, ensuring simple operation and high working efficiency.
