▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Quantum dot fluorescent composition material comprises graphene and polymer microspheres complexed on grapheme, where quantum dots are embedded in the interior of polymer microspheres. The composition manner of the surface of polymer microsphere and the surface of graphene includes bonding peptide bond, amide bond, electrostatic adsorption and click reaction bonding. USE - The composition material is useful in bio fluorescent labeling, display, illumination, solar cell, solar concentrator and laser material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition material improves the water and oxygen-blocking stability of the LED without significantly reducing the optical performance of the quantum dot. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composition material, comprising (i) preparing a polymer microsphere; (ii) adding resulting polymer microspheres and quantum dots in to a solvent and swelling by addition of water to obtain quantum dot-polymer composition microspheres and carrying out carboxylation for producing carboxylated composition microspheres or carrying out amination for producing aminated composition microspheres; and (iii) compounding aminated graphene with carboxylated composition microsphere obtained in step (ii), or combining carboxylated graphene with aminated composition microsphere obtained in step (ii).
