▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing self-supporting graphene three-dimensional porous material comprises (i) providing graphene dispersion, (ii) soaking the dispersion with a sponge to obtain sponge-dispersion composite, (iii) removing the solvent from the sponge-dispersion composite to obtain graphene/sponge composite material coated with graphene on the outer surface of the sponge skeleton, (iv) heat-treating the graphene/sponge composite material obtained in the step (iii) to remove the sponge to obtain final product. USE - The three-dimensional porous material is useful as thermal interface material for electronic packaging. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent heat-conducting property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for self-supporting graphene three-dimensional porous material prepared by above method.
