NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing graphene oxide aqueous solution by using a single layer according to graphene oxide solution. Suction filtering process is performed according to certain thickness of a filter paper. Filter paper naturally drying and peeling off operations are performed. Copper sulfate pentahydrate is added into certain amount of deionized water. Copper sulphate pentahydrate is stirred at completely dissolved. A graphene oxide membrane unit is located on a glass slide. Graphene oxide film drying process is performed according to laser continuous irradiation to obtain a copper sulfide/graphene oxide composite film. USE - Method for manufacturing copper sulfide/graphene oxide composite film of a solar energy conversion system. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing copper sulfide/graphene oxide composite film manufacturing process in a simple manner, so that film manfacturing cost can be reduced, thus increasing film manfactring productivity.
