NOVELTY - Flame-retardant cosmetic brush wire comprises 100-150 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-30 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 10-25 pts. wt. bentonite, 3-13 pts. wt. flame retardant, 10-20 pts. wt. plasticizer, 30-50 pts. wt. curing agent and 5-15 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, where the flame retardant comprises 2-10 pts. wt. solid superacid, 20-40 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate and 10-25 pts. wt. silicon dioxide. USE - As flame-retardant cosmetic brush wire. ADVANTAGE - The brush wire has excellent flame-retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the flame-retardant cosmetic brush, involving (a) uniformly mixing epoxy resin and acrylic acid at 300-350 degrees C to obtain mixture (A), (b) calcining obtained bentonite at 300-400 degrees C for 60-80 minutes, cooling bentonite, and uniformly mixing bentonite with mixture (A) to obtain mixture (B), (c) melting and blending flame retardant, plasticizer, curing agent, crosslinking agent and mixture (B) at 120-150 degrees C to obtain smelting product, and (d) performing injection molding and wire drawing molding process on smelting product to obtain cosmetic brush wire.
