▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-carbon composite fiber by using graphene as template molecular intercalation polymerization for forming carbon fiber polyacrylonitrile (PAN) precursor system comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide, acrylonitrile monomer, solvent and polymerization initiator for ultrasound-assisted in-situ polymerization, preparing carbon fiber PAN precursor by molecular intercalation polymerization using graphene as template, and making composite spinning solution, (ii) taking composite spinning solution obtained in the step (i) undergoes de-sizing and defoaming, and spinning into a composite precursor, and(iii) subjecting composite precursor obtained in the step (ii) to pre-oxidation treatment, carbonizing in a protective atmosphere to obtain graphene-carbon composite fiber. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-carbon composite fiber by using graphene as template molecular intercalation polymerization for forming carbon fiber polyacrylonitrile precursor system. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent mechanical properties and good reinforcing effect of graphene on carbon fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for carbon fiber PAN precursor prepared by molecular intercalation polymerization using graphene as a template and graphene-carbon composite fiber prepared therefrom.
