NOVELTY - Intelligent dynamic dimming film driven by low voltage comprises transparent substrate, transparent electrode and electrophoretic medium layer, where the transparent electrode is plated on one side of the transparent substrate. The transparent electrodes are bonded to the electrophoretic medium layer by adhesive. The component of the electromagnetic medium layer comprises electrophoretic particles microcapsules and adhesives. The component of the microcapsule is used to store the internal phase. The internal phase comprises electrophoretic particles, charge control agents, stabilizers and dispersed mobile phases. The adhesive comprises nano carbon black. The capsule wall component of the electrophoretic particle microcapsule comprises gelatin, the electrophoretic particle comprises nano carbon black, and the stabilizer comprises polyisobutylene succinimide. USE - Used as intelligent dynamic dimming film driven by low voltage. ADVANTAGE - The dimming film has improved adhesive effect between electrophoretic medium layer and transparent electrode, reduces the possibility of degumming, and increases the light transmittance adjusting range under the low voltage drive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the dimming film, comprising (1) adding the electrophoretic particle microcapsules to the binder to obtain the electrophoretic medium colloid, and plating layer of transparent electrodes on the surface of the two transparent electrodes respectively, (2) coating the adhesive on the surface of the transparent electrodes, and coating the electrophoretic medium colloid between the two transparent electrodes by roll-to-roll, and (3) curing the adhesive by ultraviolet radiation under the condition of 100-105℃ to obtain intelligent dynamic dimming film driven by low voltage.
