NOVELTY - An aqueous graphene-silver conductive coating composite comprises 1-2 vol.% graphene-carbon black-silver complex dispersion and 1-2 vol.% aqueous coating. The graphene-carbon black-silver complex dispersion comprises 1-7 wt.% graphene oxide, 3-5 wt.% carbon black, 7-12 wt.% silver nitrate, 45-55 wt.% ethylene glycol, 10-20 wt.% polyacrylic acid and remaining water. The aqueous coating comprises 10-20 wt.% water-soluble resin, 2-8 wt.% aqueous crosslinked coupling agent, 2-6 wt.% aqueous thickener and remaining water. USE - Aqueous graphene-silver conductive coating composite. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene-silver conductive coating composite avoids stacking and agglomeration phenomenon, enhances the conductivity of aqueous coating with metallic silver particles, and is prepared by simple, efficient and economical processes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous graphene-silver conductive coating composite comprises 1-2 vol.% graphene-carbon black-silver complex dispersion and 1-2 vol.% aqueous coating. The graphene-carbon black-silver complex dispersion is 10-20 wt.%. The graphene-carbon black-silver complex dispersion comprises 1-7 wt.% graphene oxide, 3-5 wt.% carbon black, 7-12 wt.% silver nitrate, 45-55 wt.% ethylene glycol, 10-20 wt.% polyacrylic acid and remaining water. The aqueous coating comprises 10-20 wt.% aqueous resin, 2-8 wt.% aqueous crosslinked coupling agent, 2-6 wt.% aqueous thickener and remaining water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aqueous graphene-silver conductive coating composite, which involves (1) mixing graphene oxide dispersant, silver nitrate, ethylene glycol, polyacrylic acid and water to obtain graphene-silver complex dispersion, (2) adding graphene-silver complex dispersion, carbon black and polyacrylic acid, blending, grinding, separating, washing, dispersing to obtain graphene-carbon black-silver complex dispersion, (3) mixing graphene-carbon black-silver complex dispersion with aqueous coating and stirring to obtain final product. The aqueous coating is composed of aqueous resin, aqueous crosslinked coupling agent, aqueous thickener and water.
