▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene oxide antimicrobial coating fabric, comprises (1) mixing by adding 10-40% graphene oxide solution into 60-90% a coupling agent solution after shaking and dispersion, fully stirring to obtain a mixed solution, (2) padding by placing the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) into a soaking tank of a padding machine, padding the mixed solution into various fabrics through the processes of twice soaking and twice rolling at room temperature, to obtain various padded fabrics, where the rollover rate of fabric is 60-80%, and (3) drying the various padded fabrics in a drying oven, to obtain a graphene oxide antimicrobial coating fabric, where the temperature of the drying oven is 60-90° C, and the drying time is 10-40 minutes. The coupling agent is a silane coupling agent, a titanate coupling agent or an aluminate coupling agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene oxide antimicrobial coating fabric (claimed) which can be used in various types of underwear, bedding, sanitary materials, shoes and socks, decorative materials, and non-woven fabrics. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, easy to operate, and the yield is high; and provides textile fabric which has excellent antimicrobial functions.
