NOVELTY - An ash oil comprises 50-70 pts. wt. tung oil, 10-15 pts. wt. Moringa oil, 3-8 pts. wt. linseed oil, 12-18 pts. wt. Stillingia oil, 3-8 pts. wt. camphor pill powder, 3-8 pts. wt. minium powder, 5-15 pts. wt. litharge powder, and 8-15 pts. wt. graphene powder, where graphene is modified graphite with surface-grafted oleophilic group. USE - Ash oil used for historic building material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures full maturity and uniform heating of raw tung oil, achieves accurate control of the parameters, repairs and fills ancient building materials, particularly ancient timber, has excellent filling effect, is waterproof, and has anti-pest, antibacterial, and anti-UV properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of ash oil comprising preparing each raw material; heating tung oil at 160-180 degrees C, heat-preserving, adding Moringa oil, linseed oil, and Stillingia wood oil, mixing, heating to 200-220 degrees C, and mixing; grinding minium powder and litharge powder, adding graphene powder, and grinding for 60-90 minutes; and mixing with product in second step at 200-220 degrees C, continuously heating to 255-258 degrees C for 30 minutes, and naturally cooling. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for reaction device comprising reaction tank, raw tung oil circulating system, heating system, coaxial oxygenation system, mixing cavity, inner heating cavity, curing reaction cavity, outer heating cavity, heating clamp cavity, guide groove, raw tung oil inlet oil port, tung oil outlet port, and oxygen outlet.
