NOVELTY - Preparation of coal-saving synergist involves mixing starch and water in a mass ratio of 1:10-1:12, stirring, naturally cooling mixture to room temperature, adding graphene oxide, stirring, dispersing to obtain a mixed dispersion, adding oil phase, emulsifying, centrifuging, washing, drying to obtain hollow microcapsule, adding metal salt solution in a mass ratio of 1:10-1:15, impregnating under vacuum conditions, adjusting pH using urea solution, adding Bacillus pasteuris liquid, stirring, fermenting under constant temperature, sterilizing, concentrating obtained product under reduced pressure, cooling, filtering and roasting at low temperature. USE - Preparation of coal-saving synergist for coal-fired boilers. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of coal-saving synergist with improved combustion-supporting effect and coal-saving effect.
