NOVELTY - Preparing interface cross-linked rubber, comprises (1) mixing the raw rubber, sulfur and vulcanizing auxiliary agent vulcanizing to obtain the cross-linked rubber containing dynamic sulfur bond, (2) crushing the cross-linked rubber to obtain the particle with polymer sulfur bond, and (3) mixing the raw rubber, polymer and catalyst, vulcanizing to obtain the interface cross-linked rubber. USE - The method is useful for preparing interface cross-linked rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides the interface cross-linked rubber with excellent performance of the traditional vulcanized rubber, e.g. high gel content, high rebound resilience, low creep and reinforcing property, and stable and continuous extrusion and reprocessing ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for recycling the interface cross-linked rubber comprising pulverizing the used interfacial cross-linked rubber and reprocessing through an extruder.
