NOVELTY - A graphene/carbon nanotube composite film is prepared by oxidizing graphite to obtain graphite oxide, dispersing graphite oxide in deionized water to obtain concentration of 0.5-1.0 g/L, sonicating for 1-2 hours, adding carbon nanotubes to concentration of 0.1-1 g/L, sonicating for 1-5 hours, vacuum filtering, drying to obtain oxidized graphene/carbon nanotube film, placing in electrolyte with molybdenum electrode as counter electrode and calomel electrode as reference electrode under voltage of 1.1 V, film scanning for 15-30 laps, washing, and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene/carbon nanotube composite film (claimed).
