NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene material comprises using carboxymethyl chitosan as a raw material, and using a laser-induced method to prepare the graphene material. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene material in preparing wearable electronic devices, manufacturing semiconductor devices or packaging semiconductor devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method graphene material: is biologically compatible, biodegradable, does not cause pollution to the environment; does not need any chemical treatment, such as not needing flame-retardant treatment; is easy to form film, wide application range; and has excellent conductive heat conducting performance.
