NOVELTY - Polyurethane conductive and heat-generating carbon film comprises 40-60 pts. wt. Polyurethane resin, 4-6 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 35-50 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Polyurethane conductive and heat-generating carbon film. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane conductive and heat-generating carbon film has a smooth surface and uniform surface resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polyurethane conductive and heat-generating carbon film, which involves: (A) weighing 40-60 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 4-6 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 35-50 pts. wt. solvent; (B) mixing 35-50 pts. wt. solvent, 4-6 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, mixing well and grinding for 1 hours; (C) adding polyurethane resin to 40-60 pts. wt. and stirring for 0.5-1 hours and filtering to obtain PU conductive and heating carbon film mixture; and (D) coating the conductive film mixture on release paper, and peeling off after drying to obtain a PU conductive and heating carbon film.
