NOVELTY - A polyamide (PA)-66 composite comprises 43-78 wt.% PA66 resin, 10-25 wt.% graphene microsheets, 0.2-0.8 wt.% antioxidant, 0.5-3 wt.% lubricant, 1-3 wt.% dispersing agent, 10-25 wt.% spherical aluminum nitride, and 0.2-0.5 wt.% nucleating agent. USE - A polyamide 66 composite for LED lamp holder. ADVANTAGE - PA66 composite has high thermal conductivity, low specific gravity, and good mechanical properties, improves production efficiency of lamp holder, and reduces cost, and preparation has high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of PA66 composite which involves mixing PA66 resin, graphene microsheets, antioxidant, lubricant, dispersing agent, spherical aluminum nitride, and nucleating agent in moderate-speed mixer for 3-10 minutes, adding to twin-screw extruder, and melt-extruding with 1st zone temperature of 210-230 degrees C, 2nd zone temperature of 230-250 degrees C, 4th zone temperature of 230-260 degrees C, 5th zone temperature of 250-270 degrees C, 6th zone temperature of 250-270 degrees C, 7th zone temperature of 260-270 degrees C, 8th zone temperature of 260-270 degrees C, head temperature of 260-270 degrees C, vacuum degree of 0.02-0.1 Pa, main machine rotating speed of 300-500 rpm, and feeding speed of 20-50 rpm.
