NOVELTY - The super capacitor has a graphene or fiber composite electrode (1) and graphene oxide or fiber composite material diaphragm (2). The graphene or fiber composite electrode is provided with a region with inter-digital shape formed by scanning surface of graphene oxide or fiber composite material diaphragm by laser. The power of the laser is 0.3-1W, and the action depth of laser on graphene oxide or fiber composite material diaphragm is 0-18 microns. The width of the inter-digital electrode is 100-200 m, the distance of the inter-digital electrode is 30-300 m, and the inter-digital electrode of the interdigital logarithm is 3x10. USE - High-flexibility graphene-based super capacitor based on laser processing for intelligent electronic device such as furniture robot and exercise bracelet. ADVANTAGE - The fibers are added to the graphene oxide material which improves the flexibility of graphene or fiber composite electrode and graphene oxide or fiber composite diaphragm, and improves the tensile performance.
