NOVELTY - The method involves preparing (S100) imprint material including graphene on one side of base element. The substrate is contacted (S120) with imprint material. The surface of the imprint material and substrate is processed (S130). The graphene in the substrate is transferred (140), by removing imprint material on base element. USE - Transfer method of graphene used for electronic device e.g. display device. ADVANTAGE - The property of the graphene is controlled and the graphene can be effectively transferred on the substrate. The pre-process operation of the graphene can be performed effectively. The doping of the graphene can be performed easily on the surface treatment process of the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for apparatus for transferring graphene.
