USE - Mildew-proof antiwear repair agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Mildew-proof antiwear repair agent comprises 60-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 7-12 pts. wt. mica powder, 8-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-10 pts. wt. nano-magnetic particle, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-ceramic powder, 9-14 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 7-12 pts. wt. nano-silver particles, 2-5 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent, 15-30 pts. wt. isopropanol, 3-6 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 4-7 pts. wt. ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, 5-8 pts. wt. glyceryl tristearate, 2-5 pts. wt. 2-(4-thiazolyl)benzimidazole, 4-8 pts. wt. 8-hydroxyquinoline copper, 3-6 pts. wt. copper sulfate, and 3-7 pts. wt. adsorption film corrosion inhibitor. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of mildew-proof antiwear repair agent comprising mixing mica powder, graphene oxide, nano-magnetic particle, nano-ceramic powder, molybdenum disulfide and nano-silver particles to obtain mixed powder, adding titanate coupling agent into isopropyl alcohol solution under stirring condition to dissolve, slowly adding the mixed powder under stirring condition, slowly raising the system temperature to 80-90 degrees C, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone and continuously stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture A, adding epoxy resin, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, glycerol stearate and mixture A into the reaction kettle, under stirring condition at 150-300 revolutions/minute for 0.5-1 hour, heating at 70-80 degrees C, reducing the temperature to 40-50 degrees C, adding 2-(4-thiazolyl)benzimidazole, 8-hydroxyquinoline copper, copper sulfate, and adsorption film corrosion inhibitor, continuously stirring and reacting for 20-40 minutes, and obtaining the product.
