NOVELTY - The method involves sticking a double-faced adhesive tape on a bottom side of a to-be-extruded release film supporting the bottom. The graphene is stuck on the double-face adhesive tape. A release film is peeled off from the bottom end of the release film. The shape of the graphene is cut out. The waste material is discharged. An insulating single-face glue has adhered to the cut material. The material is placed in a placing groove. A pressing mold is pressed. The materials are taken out to finish the wrapping process. USE - Process for extruding an extrusion mold with zero wrapping function for graphene. ADVANTAGE - The extrusion mold with zero wrapping function for graphene is set with the locating rod and the locating groove, which is convenient for the user to insert through the locating rods and locating grooves, so as to locate the position between the punching mold and the forming mold, so that the efficiency of the material wrapping edge is improved. The material is ejected in the extruding groove and the placing groove through the elastic force, so to be convenient for user to take out the material, to further improve the efficiency for material wrapping, after the pressing mold and forming mould are extruded.
