NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional grapheme coated metal organic framework complex electrode material comprises: e.g. (1) preparing graphene oxide aqueous solution by preparing graphene oxide by modified hummers method, taking 0.5-5 g 325-8000 meshes scales graphite powder, adding 0.2-2.5 g sodium nitrate powder, 10-120 ml acid, stirring for 5-30 minutes, placing on ice bath, adding 2-20 g potassium salt slowly, heating under 30-40 degrees C water bath with stirring for 0.5-3 hours, adding water, reacting for 10-30 minutes, adding 100 ml water, reacting for 5-20 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional grapheme coated metal organic framework complex electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material is simple to prepare, economical, has strong quick charging and discharging capability and long cycle life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three-dimensional grapheme coated metal organic framework (MOF) complex electrode material comprises: (1) preparing graphene oxide aqueous solution by preparing graphene oxide by modified hummers method, taking 0.5-5 g 325-8000 meshes scales graphite powder, adding 0.2-2.5 g sodium nitrate powder, 10-120 ml acid, stirring for 5-30 minutes, placing on ice bath, adding 2-20 g potassium salt slowly, heating under 30-40 degrees C water bath with stirring for 0.5-3 hours, adding water, reacting for 10-30 minutes, adding 100 ml water, reacting for 5-20 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide to the solution into golden yellow, allowing the solution to settle, decanting to remove the supernatant, adding 5-10% hydrochloric acid, passing into centrifuge tube, centrifuging with high-speed, discarding supernatant, washing with deionized water to neutral, collecting washed product, adding deionized water to disperse to obtain an aqueous solution of graphene oxide; (2) preparing metal organic framework and graphene oxide complex by taking ligand into a concentration of 0.1-1 M/l solution, adding 0.01-0.1 ml graphene oxide solution (1-10 mg), shaking, adding 0.1-1 ml metal ion solution (0.1-1 M/l) to form a mixed solution of metal organic framework and graphene oxide; (3) preparing three-dimensional graphene-coated MOF complex by centrifuging mixture of MOF and graphene oxide at 5000-20000 rotations/minute for 5-30 minutes, draining the upper layer of liquid by adding deionized water, adding 1-100 ml reducing agent (0.1-5 M/l), reducing heat to 50-200 degrees C for 1-20 hours, allowing for self-assembly to obtain three-dimensional graphene-coated MOF complex i.e. compound hydrogel form, three-dimensional grapheme-MOF complex and carrying out freeze-drying of complex hydrogel to obtain a complex airgel. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for three-dimensional grapheme coated metal organic framework complex electrode material.
