NOVELTY - The graphene/aluminum alloy composite material preparation method involves performing low temperature ball-milling for 2-4 hours, taking out and placing the mixed powder in an inert gas protective box, and waiting for the temperature to recover to room temperature to obtain aluminum composite material sheath with inner cavity diameter of 80-120 millimeters, and performing vacuum degassing of aluminum composite material sheath at temperature of 300-350 degrees Celsius and pressure of 2.0x 10-3 for 2 to 4 hours. The welding sealing is performed after vacuum degassing. USE - Preparation method for graphene/aluminum alloy composite material used for production of aluminum alloy conductor cable. ADVANTAGE - Provides preparation method with lower material costs suitable for industrial production and good market prospects due to preparation of simple materials and adjustable control processes. The graphene/aluminum alloy is added to the molten alloy liquid aluminum to maximize and improve graphene dispersed in liquid aluminum uniformity so that industrialized production of graphite of aluminum conductor cable is achieved.
