▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Producing reduced graphene oxide, comprises e.g. dispersing graphene oxide in water and polyethylene glycol mixed solution, stirring ultrasonically, to obtain homogeneous dispersion, adding sodium tetrachloropalladate into the dispersion, then adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium tetrachloropalladate: dispersion: polyvinylpyrrolidone, stirring, and refluxing, taking the mixture solution, after refluxing, cooling, freezing and drying, to obtain nano-palladium dispersed graphene powder, and reducing graphene powder in the argon-hydrogen mixed gas. USE - The method is useful for producing reduced graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process; and is economical, and environmentally- friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing reduced graphene oxide, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in water and polyethylene glycol mixed solution where volume ratio of glycol and water is 0.9 1-0.1:1, and the mass ratio of the graphene oxide and polyethylene glycol is 1:1-1:10000, stirring ultrasonically for 1-6 hours, to obtain homogeneous dispersion; (ii) adding sodium tetrachloropalladate into the dispersion, then adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium tetrachloropalladate: dispersion: polyvinylpyrrolidone, and the mass ratio is 0.1:20:5-0.1:200:50, stirring, and refluxing at 110-16 degrees C for 2-6 hours; (iii) taking the mixture solution of step (ii), after refluxing, cooling, freezing and drying for 20-72 hours, to obtain nano-palladium dispersed graphene powder; and (iv) reducing graphene powder in the argon-hydrogen mixed gas at 150-300 degrees C for 1-6 hours.
