NOVELTY - An antibacterial and comfortable high elastic textile material comprises cotton fiber, hemp fiber, polyester superfine fiber, chitin fiber, guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride, graphene fiber, coral velvet and elastic fiber. USE - Antibacterial and comfortable high elastic textile material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good antibacterial performance, comfort and elasticity, increases fiber plasticity, and improves strength and elasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing antibacterial and comfortable high elastic textile material comprising: (A) soaking cotton fibers and hemp fibers in 55% ethylenediamine solution, heating to 40 degrees C, soaking at constant temperature for 4 hours, alternately washing by distilled water and ethanol to neutral, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C, mixing with polyester superfine fiber, ultrasonically crushing at 200-300 KW to obtain mixed fiber, adding into distilled water, adding polylactic acid, adding into high pressure homogenizer, uniformly mixing and stirring, heating to 230 degrees C, keeping temperature for 40 minutes, spinning in sealed environment, degassing and drying, and cooling to room temperature to obtain semi-finished textile material; (B) soaking using 45 degrees C magnesium sulfate solution for 2 hours, taking out semi-finished textile material, alternately washing using distilled water and ethanol to neutral, preventing semi-finished product for heat setting treatment, adding modified perovskite powder and dimethyl sulfoxide into dimethylformamide solution, using ultrasonic to oscillate and disperse to prepare 15 wt.% modified perovskite suspension, atomizing modified perovskite suspension, uniformly spraying on surface of semi-finished product textile material, placing semi-finished textile material in container filled with nitrogen, annealing, and taking out to obtain finished textile material; and (C) using cotton fiber and hemp fiber to prepare outer layer textile surface, fusing coral velvet and graphene fiber to obtain insulating layer, fixing and fusing elastic fiber and cotton fiber through colloidal substance to obtain inner layer, integrally forming outer layer, antibacterial layer, insulating layer and inner layer by heat setting fusion, covering outer layer on surface of antibacterial layer, covering antibacterial layer on surface of insulating layer, and covering insulating layer on surface of contact layer.
