NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises e.g. adding graphite intercalation compound plugging powder in expansion liquid, expanding and reacting, obtaining expanded wormlike graphene aggregate suspension, filtering wormlike graphene aggregate suspension, obtaining worm like graphene aggregate, washing worm-like graphene aggregates using metal ion complexing agent and water, filtering worm-like graphene aggregates, obtaining wormlike aggregates of wet material graphene, adding worm shape graphene aggregation wet material in water, carrying out ultrasonic wave vibration, peeling, forming graphene solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can produce single batch yield of up to hundreds of kilograms of high quality graphene product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene comprises (i) adding graphite intercalation compound plugging powder in expansion liquid, then expanding and reacting at 0-100 degrees C, obtaining expanded wormlike graphene aggregate suspension, (ii) filtering wormlike graphene aggregate suspension, obtaining worm like graphene aggregate, (iii) washing worm-like graphene aggregates using metal ion complexing agent and water, filtering worm-like graphene aggregates, finally obtaining pH value 6-8 wormlike aggregates of wet material graphene, (iv) adding the worm shape graphene aggregation wet material in water, carrying out ultrasonic wave vibration for 0.5-20 hours, finish peeling off, dispersing graphene in water and forming graphene solution, and (v) flash evaporation drying or freezing drying and removing the moisture of graphene solution, obtaining graphene powder with moisture content of less than 5 wt.%.
