NOVELTY - Extraction method of honey peptide for improving cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases involves dissolving honey in 2-4 times trichloroacetic acid aqueous solution, storing the solution at -22°C to -18°C for 30-40 minutes, centrifuging the solution at 5000-5200 revolutions per minute (rpm) and 3-6°C for 3-12 minutes, obtaining the precipitate, washing for 2-4 times, placing in 0.1-0.3 times ultra-pure water, freezing the solution at -22°C to -18°C for 10-17 hours to obtain honey protein, adding honey protein into 20-30 times distilled water, uniformly stirring and mixing the solution, adding sodium hydroxide until pH of the solution is 7-7.5, adding 0.1-0.5 times immobilized enzyme filler to the solution, performing first pulse electric treatment to obtain honey polypeptide, and performing second pulse electric treatment of the honey polypeptide.
