NOVELTY - Producing high-quality graphene material, comprises (a) adding graphite, water and mixed material into a vessel, shearing the mixed solution by stirring, real-time measuring the surface tension of the mixed solution, and maintaining the surface tension of the mixed solution of 30-60 mN/m by adding graphite and/or water, and (b) removing solvent from the graphene dispersion solution to obtain graphene product. USE - The method is useful for producing high-quality graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple (claimed) and produces stable graphene material having high quality.
