NOVELTY - Lightweight silica brick comprises 80-100 pts. wt. silica particle, 100-150 pts. wt. silica fine powder, 60-120 pts. wt. silica material, 10-20 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 15-20 pts. wt. limestone, 10-15 pts. wt. graphite powder, 1-3 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. composite mineralizer and 1-3 pts. wt. binding agent. USE - Used as lightweight silica brick. ADVANTAGE - The brick: has strong thermal shock stability, anti-cracking, anti-oxidation, anti-slag, strong alkali metal erosion resistance, abrasion resistance and heat insulation performance, excellent high-temperature volume stability and long service life; and is suitable for industrial production.
