NOVELTY - Graphene modified non-woven fabric comprises a non-woven fabric substrate, carboxylated chitosan deposited on the non-woven fabric substrate, and graphene oxide assembled on the carboxylated chitosan, where the graphene modified non-woven fabric has a porous and loose structure. USE - The graphene modified non-woven fabric is useful for filtering fine particles. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified non-woven fabric reduces pressure drop while improving absorption efficiency of fine particles to 90.08-99.91%, and the pressure drop of as low as 10 Pa, and is cost-effective and prepared by simple preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene-modified non-woven fabric, involving (a) preparing as carboxylated chitosan solution, (b) preparing a graphene oxide solution, (c) soaking the non-woven fabric in the carboxylated chitosan solution, and subjecting to freeze-drying and vacuum thermal drying to obtain a modified non-woven fabric deposited with carboxylated chitosan, and (d) soaking the obtained modified non-woven fabric in the graphene oxide solution, and subjecting to freeze drying and vacuum thermal drying to finally obtain the product.
