▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of powdery anti-wear drag reducing agent for drilling fluid involves: 1) mixing styrene, catalyst and crosslinking agent uniformly to obtain mixture A, add modified graphite powder and rubber powder to mixture A, dispersing evenly to obtain mixture B; 2) adding the mixture B into aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution, carrying out suspension polymerization reaction; 3) post-processing the product to obtain powdery anti-wear drag reducing agent, where the weight ratio of styrene, modified graphite powder, rubber powder and polyvinyl alcohol used in the process, is (30-50): (30- 40): (20- 40): (1.2 - 1.6). USE - Method is used for preparing powdery anti-wear drag reducing agent for drilling fluid. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare powdery anti-wear drag reducing agent in which the surface active components present, are capable of being adsorbed on the casing wall, to reduce the frictional resistance between the drilling tool and the casing, so that the corresponding spherical components can change the sliding friction between the drilling tool and the casing into rolling friction, to significantly reduce the friction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for powdery anti-wear drag reducing agent which has mesh size 260-320 meshes.
