▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing vanadium dioxide and graphene composite film structure involves sputtering vanadium thin film by magnetron sputtering by spin-coating reduced graphene oxide on a sapphire substrate, using rapid oxidation annealing in a rapid annealing furnace, and performing acid etching to form a graphene-vanadium oxide nanoparticle composite film structure. USE - Method for preparing composite film structure of vanadium dioxide and graphene used in vanadium dioxide smart windows (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare composite film structure of vanadium dioxide and graphene that reduces vanadium oxide, and vanadium oxide particle size, and improves phase change amplitude.
