NOVELTY - The device has a flat vehicle (101) sliding along extending direction of a slide rail (14). A sample boat (4) moves with displacement of the flat plate vehicle. A low temperature cooling chamber A and B (3,10) are provided with a sealing valve A and B (5,9) at one end of a water cooling flange (6). The flat vehicle and a sampling rod A (15) connected by a pusher device A (1) slides along slide rail into a high temperature process chamber (7). The sampling rod connected by a pusher device B (12) slides along a slide rail and pulled into the cooling chamber B. USE - Device for preparing flowing water type graphene film. ADVANTAGE - A water cooled retaining ring which is provided in inner wall of the outer flange avoids the damage of the heat radiation generated by the working environment.
