NOVELTY - Kit comprises reagent R1, reagent R2, calibration product and quality control product. The reagent R1 comprises buffer solution, surfactant, dispersant and preservative. The reagent R2 comprises buffer solution, latex particles of coating antibody, surfactant and preservative. The calibration product comprises buffer solution, myeloperoxidase, bovine serum albumin, trehalose and preservative. The quality control product comprises buffer solution, myeloperoxidase, bovine serum albumin, trehalose and preservative. The component of latex particles of the coating antibody comprises mouse anti-human myeloperoxidase monoclonal antibody, polystyrene, polyacrylic acid, iron(II, III) oxide magnetic nano particles and graphene oxide. USE - The kit is useful for detecting myeloperoxidase (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The kit can absorb carboxy modified polystyrene and polyacrylic acid latex particles and iron(II, III) oxide magnetic nano particles, reduces the selfaggregation degree of the latex particles and iron(II, III) oxide magnetic nano particles, exhibits good spatial and dispersibility, and mouse anti-human myeloperoxidase monoclonal antibody, forming a stable complex, realizing the myeloperoxidase sensitivity, a wide linear range of the detection kit, and can be matched with full automatic biochemical analyzer.
