NOVELTY - Batch preparation of graphene from microcrystalline graphite comprises e.g. mixing microcrystalline graphite powder, surfactant and solvent 1 to obtain suspension I, ultrasonically processing suspension I, obtaining suspension II, adding suspension II in a vortex crushing machine, crushing and peeling off, obtaining suspension III, ultrasonically processing, obtaining suspension IV, centrifugally separating suspension IV, collecting the lower precipitate, obtaining precipitate I, dispersing in solvent 2 and forming uniform suspension V, centrifugally separating, and collecting precipitate. USE - The method is useful for batch preparation of graphene from microcrystalline graphite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, reliable, uses economical raw material, and is suitable for batch production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Batch preparation of graphene from microcrystalline graphite comprises (i) taking microcrystalline graphite powder, surfactant and solvent 1, mixing uniformly to obtain suspension I, where the microcrystalline graphite concentration is 0.1-5 mg/ml, the surfactant is hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, sodium dodecyl sulfate, lauryl sodium sulfate or polyvinylpyrrolidone, solvent 1 is mixed solution of organic reagent and o-dichlorobenzene, where the organic reagent is N-methyl pyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-dimethylacetamide or butyrolactone, the mass ratio of microcrystalline graphite and surfactant is 10:1-20:1, (ii) ultrasonically processing suspension I for 5-20 hours, where the ultrasonic power is 200-3200 W, obtaining suspension II, (iii) adding suspension II in a vortex crushing machine, crushing and peeling off for 5-12 hours, power in crushing machine is 4000-6000 W, obtaining suspension III, (iv) ultrasonically processing suspension III at 0-5 degrees C for 5-20 hours, where the ultrasonic power is 200-3200 W, obtaining suspension IV, (v) centrifugally separating suspension IV, collecting the lower precipitate, obtaining precipitate I, (vi) taking precipitate I, dispersing in solvent 2 and forming uniform suspension V, centrifugally separating, collecting the lower precipitate to obtain precipitate II, where the solvent 2 is anhydrous ethyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol or n-propanol, (vii) dispersing precipitate II in water and forming uniform suspension VI, centrifugally separating, collecting the lower precipitate, obtaining precipitate III, and (viii) taking precipitate III, dispersing in water and forming uniform suspension VII, freezing suspension VII for not greater than 10 minutes into solid, vacuum drying again, and obtaining microcrystalline graphene.
