▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-nickel composite conductive anti-corrosion polysulfide sealant comprises a base cream as a component (A) and a vulcanized paste as a component (B). The component (A) comprises 3-10 wt.% filler, 1-5 wt.% plasticizer, 50-70 wt.% graphene-nickel composite conductive filler, 0-2 wt.% coupling agent and remainder of liquid polysulfide rubber. The component (B) comprises 30-60 wt.% manganese dioxide, 0.5-5 wt.% accelerator and remainder of dibutyl phthalate. The liquid polysulfide rubber has molecular weight of 1000-7000. USE - Graphene-nickel composite conductive anti-corrosion polysulfide sealant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-nickel composite polysulfide sealant has high conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance. The contact resistance of polysulfide sealant is reduced from 0.8 Omega to 0.03-0.01 Omega . DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-nickel composite conductive anti-corrosion polysulfide sealant comprises a base cream as a component (A) and a vulcanized paste as a component (B). The component (A) comprises 3-10 wt.% filler, 1-5 wt.% plasticizer, 50-70 wt.% graphene-nickel composite conductive filler, 0-2 wt.% coupling agent and remainder of liquid polysulfide rubber. The liquid polysulfide rubber has molecular weight of 1000-7000. The filler is calcium carbonate, fumed silica, precipitated silica, titanium dioxide and/or carbon black. The plasticizer is a phthalic acid substance, chlorinated paraffin and/or tributyl phosphate. The graphene-nickel composite conductive filler is prepared by dissolving graphene and metallic nickel powder to 95% ethanol aqueous solution, adding silane coupling agent in an amount of 5-15 wt.% with respect to graphene, reacting at 50-60 degrees C for 4-6 hours, filtering, and drying at 90-100 degrees C for 2-4 hours. The metallic nickel powder has particle size of 5 microns. The graphene is a conductive graphene having 10 or less layers. The content ratio of graphene and metallic nickel powder is 1:100. The silane coupling agent has a structure of formula: HS(CH2)xSi(OR1)3. The component (B) comprises 30-60 wt.% manganese dioxide, 0.5-5 wt.% accelerator and remainder of dibutyl phthalate. The mixed ratio of component (A) and component (B) is 100:6-12. R1=CH3 or CH2CH3;and x=3-5.
