▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-polyaniline composite nano sheet, comprises (i) introducing graphene oxide and distilled water into an ultrasonic reactor, stirring under room temperature and ultrasonic condition, dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water, pouring aniline-inorganic acid solution into ultrasonic reactor, and stirring, (ii) adding hydrogen peroxide, stirring, reacting to obtain dark green precipitate, centrifuging, separating, and washing to obtain graphene oxide-polyaniline composite nano sheet, and (iii) reducing nano sheet using formaldehyde-hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide-polyaniline composite nano sheet. ADVANTAGE - The composite nano-sheet is provided good performance to skip capacitor material, and has high electrochemical stability according to the results of electrochemical test. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide-polyaniline composite nano sheet, comprises (i) introducing graphene oxide and distilled water into an ultrasonic reactor and stirring under room temperature and ultrasonic condition, dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water, pouring aniline-inorganic acid solution into ultrasonic reactor after 20-40 minutes, continuously stirring for 20-40 minutes, in which the aniline cation fully self-assembled on the lower surface of the graphene oxide nano-sheet, (ii) adding hydrogen peroxide in dropwise manner into the solution obtained in step (i), stirring and reacting for 5-24 hours to obtain the dark green precipitate, centrifuging and separating, washing the precipitate to obtain the graphene oxide-polyaniline composite nano sheet, and (iii) reducing composite nano sheet using formaldehyde-hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent at 80-110 degrees C for 5-2 hours to obtain the product.
