NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene nano ribbon involves arranging multiple nanospheres to a predetermined pattern, obtaining mold in which domain of graphene layer is scratched out which moves and contacts the nanosphere, arranging mold on a substrate, contacting nanosphere with mold, and preparing graphene layer arranged on the substrate. USE - Manufacture of graphene nano ribbon used for secondary conductive semiconductor layer electric component (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene nano ribbon is efficiently manufactured.
