ADVANTAGE - The positive electrode material for a lithium-sulfur battery, is simple and easy to operate, easy to popularize, which is good for industrial application of the lithium sulphur accelerating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a method for preparing a positive electrode material for a lithium-sulfur battery, which involves dispersing the components including sulfur powder, conductive agent and binder in a solvent, grinding to make slurry, and pressing after drying to obtain the positive electrode material layer, and performing interfacial polymerization on the surface of the positive electrode material layer with a water-phase monomer and an oil-phase monomer to obtain the confinement layer; and 2. a lithium-sulfur battery, comprises a positive electrode material, a negative electrode material, an electrolyte and a separator.
